Responsibilities:

Purchase & Procurement

• Identify and evaluate new weavers, suppliers, and vendors.

• Negotiate best prices, delivery terms, and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate purchase orders, GRNs, and stock entry records.

• Coordinate with design, sales, and production teams for material requirements.

• Track purchase schedules to ensure timely availability of stocks.

• Monitor fabric quality, color matching, and finishing consistency.

• Maintain supplier database and analyze market trends for cost efficiency.

Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with the accounts team for billing and GST documentation.

• Ensure smooth inward stock flow and maintain purchase reports.

• Support management in planning seasonal and festive stock purchases.
