Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Returns can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • No-question returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery. A courier charge of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the refund. Once the returned goods are received at our warehouse, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours.
  • Returns/exchanges for damaged or defective items are also accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition: unwashed, unworn, in original folding and packaging with tags intact.
  • Any cancellation/exchange in accordance with the above terms qualifies for payment reversal.
  • All eligible refunds against cancellation of orders by the user before delivery of the product will be subject to deduction of 2% of the product price already paid (transaction value) as banking and transaction charges, and the balance will be refunded. The user understands and agrees to such deduction by placing a cancellation request for any order before delivery of the product.
  • Any eligible refund will be initiated by the Company within seven (7) working days of receipt of the request for cancellation of order, in case of cancellation before delivery of the products. It will be credited to the user's bank/credit card/debit card account within the time taken by banking channels to process the refund transaction.
  • All refunds will be made by crediting the account from which the payments were made.
